Dear Bandera ISD Parents,
This morning, one of our Bandera ISD school buses was involved in an accident. Thankfully, there was only one student on the bus at the time, and we are relieved to report that no one was injured. We are so thankful to BISD Transportation’s attention to safety, and the fact that both student and driver were safely secured in their seatbelts, so no injuries were sustained.
We want to assure you the safety and well-being of our students and staff is always our top priority in the district. The incident was of no fault to the bus driver, nor Bandera ISD, and our team responded immediately to ensure that all necessary protocols were followed.
