3rd Grade Safety Day Field Trip

Thank you so much for agreeing to participate in this year’s Safety Day on May 12, 2025. We are thrilled to have your students join us for this important event, which will be held at the Mansfield Park Show Barn. The event will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, and we kindly ask that students arrive between 8:45 AM and 9:00 AM.
Here are some key details to ensure the day runs smoothly:

• Arrival Time: Please ensure your students arrive no later than 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM. The event will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
• Lunch: Lunch will not be provided. Please make sure that all students bring their own lunch and any necessary snacks or drinks.
• Schedule: The presentations will last approximately 20 minutes each. We will have 9 groups of students attending, and the event will conclude at 2:00 PM.
